Fulfillment isn’t a luxury.
It’s how we forge our best selves, and how the world gets the best of us. Life can feel good now, not someday. Let me show you how.

Getting through the day is not the same as feeling alive in it.
Life moves fast, and it’s easy to lose your center in it. Plenty of people handle their days just fine while quietly waiting for some future point when everything will finally feel settled and right. For some it’s a gnawing restlessness. For others, a low hum of unease. Either way, it drains your energy, wears on your health, and strains your relationships.
It doesn’t have to be that way. Life can feel good now.

What our work together looks like
-
Getting clear together
We slow down and look honestly at where you are: what’s working, what isn’t, and what feels out of alignment. We dig into your values, your patterns, and the ways you might be getting in your own way. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding what’s underneath the stuck places.
-
Turning insight into real change
Insight only matters if it changes something. Together we set meaningful goals and break them into small, doable steps that build momentum. You’ll leave each session with clear direction, not just ideas that sound good in theory.
-
Working through the tough spots
Change isn’t a straight line. Old patterns and self-doubt will show up, and that’s completely normal. My job is to stay with you through it, help you learn from it, and get you back on track. Over time, things feel lighter. You trust yourself more.
-
A partnership that’s real
You bring your story, your curiosity, and your willingness to grow. I bring my training, my experience, and my perspective. You set the pace, and I help you stay connected to what truly matters along the way.
What we want can seem frivolous in a world full of turmoil, when we already have what we’re told we need. We do our duty and practice gratitude, and somewhere in there we lose touch with our passions and our sense of purpose. We take ourselves too seriously. We forget to laugh.
It’s OK to ask yourself what you want.
“When we work on ourselves, we transform. When we transform, everything around us transforms as well.”
Out of the “shoulds” and into your own story
I know what it feels like to live under expectations, rules, and “shoulds” that don’t fit. I’ve been an artist, a corporate professional, a student of psychology, a mother, a licensed associate counselor, and now a coach. Every chapter taught me how easy it is to lose yourself in who others think you should be.
My turning point came after divorce and big life changes, when I finally asked: what do I want? The answer led me to combine my background in psychology, my life experience, and my spiritual practice into work that helps others find freedom, clarity, and authenticity.
Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about discovering who you are, creating new patterns, and building a life that feels real and alive. If you’re ready to step into your own story, I’d love to walk that path with you.
